(GLO)- The Construction Investment Project Management Board of Chu Pah district (Gia Lai province) has proactively allocated capital, requested construction units to focus on human resources and equipment and machinery to construct new construction works, striving to complete before the set milestones.
In 2023, the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Chu Pah district was assigned 19 construction projects from capital sources. As of May 15, 5 projects are under construction, 11 transitional works have been completed, 5 project is being appraised and approved for project adjustment, 1 projects are surveying and preparing technical research reports.
The cultural house in Ia Ly town is one of the new construction works in March, 3. Taking advantage of favorable weather conditions, Hoang Dung Gia Lai Construction Co., Ltd. (Pleiku City) is gathering materials and human resources to construct the items according to the design. Information about the construction progress, Mr. Nguyen Trung Hai - Director of the company - said: “The cultural house of Ia Ly town is a grade III project, construction area is 2023 m633 including 2 floor and sub-items. Currently, we have completed the construction of the foundation, the frame, preparing to pour the concrete floor, the construction volume is about 1%. With the current progress, we strive to complete the work by August, surpassing the planned timeline."

Recently, the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Chu Pah district requested the construction units to speed up the construction progress of 2/5 inter-commune roads of the district inter-commune road project, including: the road from Bien Ho - Chu Dang Ya tourist area, the road from Dak To Ve commune to Ha Tay commune, the road from Ia Khuol commune to Ia Phi commune, the road from Phu Hoa commune to Hoa Binh town, the road from Phu Hoa commune to Hoa Binh town, and the road from Phu Hoa commune to Nghia billion town. Mr. Dang Thai Huy-Director of the Management-Information Board: “From the allocated capital, the Management Board carried out procedures for selecting contractors, starting construction of 100 inter-commune roads Dak To Ve to Ha Tay commune and the inter-commune road Ia Ka to Ia Phi commune in November 2. Up to now, these 11 routes have been basically completed and put into use. The remaining three inter-commune roads are in the estimate approval stage, expected to start construction in August 2022.
Sharing about the joy when the inter-commune road Ia Ka-Ia Phi was completed and put into use, Mr. Do Van Luan (village 1, Ia Ka commune) said: "In the past, this road was a dirt road, so it was difficult for people to travel and transport agricultural products, especially in the rainy season. At the end of 2022, when the road is started, our people are very happy and supportive. Where the ground is entangled, people voluntarily dismantle it immediately to facilitate the construction unit. Now, the road surface is up to 5,5 m wide, so it is easy to travel and transport agricultural products, everyone is very happy."

In 2023, the total investment capital for projects in Chu Pah district as planned is more than 89 billion VND. Up to now, the value of construction volume is estimated at 40,8 billion VND, disbursed value is 22,7 billion VND. In the current general context, a number of projects assigned by Chu Pah District Construction Investment Project Management Board to be implemented are facing difficulties in funding. For example, the traffic road project in Chu Pah district with a total investment of 90 billion VND from the provincial budget, the time to start and finish in the period 2021-2024. At present, the work has completed the construction of the drainage system, roadbed, technical infrastructure, only the hot asphalt concrete carpet for the road surface remains. However, the capital allocated according to the 2021 plan for the new project will reach VND 45 billion. Therefore, the district proposes to allocate enough capital for the project, speeding up the progress and completing it this year.
Talking more with PV, the Director of the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Chu Pah district added: "For newly started construction projects that have been allocated capital, the Management Board actively follows the situation, urges and coordinates the construction unit, the supervision consultant accelerates the implementation progress, prioritizes resources to strive to complete before the assigned milestone. For works under the national target program, the district has directed communes to speed up the preparation of detailed project planning. Immediately after the detailed planning is issued, the Management Board will prepare legal documents and procedures for these works according to the prescribed procedures.
