Teachers adapt to digital transformation.
The stage for the city-level final round became an impressive showcase of technology by 19 outstanding contestants from Party committees under the City Party Committee. With the enthusiasm of "torchbearers," the contestants realized digital transformation, from innovative thinking to maximizing the effects of digital technology, creating a strong appeal for the audience.
Here, in their roles as educators, many contestants shared stories of adapting to technology to improve the quality of teaching and learning from practical experience. They all shared a common viewpoint: effectively applying digital transformation is essential for building a solid foundation for the noble profession of "nurturing future generations" in the new era.
In her entry, "Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW - A breakthrough driving force for educational development from the Central Committee's vision to the practice of Le Hong Phong Primary School," contestant Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao (Dien Ban Dong Ward Party Committee) recounted the story of teacher Nguyen Du. Despite his advanced age, he persevered through difficulties to master teaching technology, becoming a pillar of support for students to excel in their studies.
According to Ms. Thao, after nearly 30 years of teaching, Mr. Du had considered early retirement due to concerns about falling behind in the digital transformation. However, during a regular meeting, the school's Party branch affirmed: "Technology is a tool, people are the center." The Party's resolution did not require him to be a technology expert, but rather instilled confidence in him to better fulfill his mission. Changing his perspective, Mr. Du made concerted efforts, working with the collective to concretize Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW into practice. To date, 100% of the staff and teachers at Le Hong Phong Primary School have successfully implemented data digitization and interconnected management.
As a testament to her digital transformation efforts, in her role as Party Branch Secretary, contestant Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao utilized artificial intelligence (AI) to prepare her competition entry. She used NotebookLM to design slides, creating vivid images and videos . In addition to her presentation, she combined storytelling and dramatization to visualize the content, helping the audience better understand the six guiding principles, three objectives, and eight tasks and solutions outlined in Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW.
"Technology is just a tool. The most important thing is that the communicator must do their own research, incorporate their experiences and personal touch into their writing. When you truly understand and are passionate about something, your speech will be persuasive and touch the hearts of the listeners," Thao shared.

"Breathing life" into resolutions
Throughout the journey from the grassroots level to the city-level final round, it is evident that digital transformation is gradually being put into practice, especially in the education sector. This is clearly demonstrated by the fact that many contestants chose to promote Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo .
Teacher Bui Thi My Thanh Ha (Nguyen Thuong Hien High School, Hoa Khanh Ward) said she particularly focuses on innovating the presentation through modern slides, harmoniously combining images, data, and videos. The messages are concise to make them easily accessible to the audience.
“Applying technology not only creates visual highlights but also increases interaction, helping to remember the key points of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW. I want the audience to experience a journey of discovering new educational thinking instead of just listening to pure propaganda. Through this, I want to prove that I am not just talking about digital transformation but am actually practicing it. Each individual needs to work together to turn the spirit of the resolution into practical results,” Ms. Ha expressed.
Before reaching the final round, contestant Le Thi Chien (Hiep Duc High School, under the Hiep Duc Commune Party Committee) excellently won first prize in the preliminary round of cluster 3.
Based on local experience, Ms. Chien said that schools have initially applied information technology effectively to management and teaching. Many teachers proactively use electronic lesson plans, actively participate in digital skills competitions such as video design, creating technology products, and have won many high prizes at city-level youth informatics competitions.
According to Huynh Thi Thuy Dung, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee, the candidates skillfully integrated current events and major policies on the digital economy, digital society, Party building, and a clean and strong political system into their exam papers.
In particular, the application of information technology skills has been significantly enhanced. The presentation slides are no longer dry and boring but have become lively with sharp graphics and rich illustrative videos. This seamless combination makes the Party's theoretical messages more accessible and easier to understand. The contestants are not just "reading" but are "interpreting" and "breathing life" into the resolutions with their sharp thinking and passionate hearts as ideological workers.
