Attending the ceremony celebrating the Ho Chi Minh City Police Club's victory in the National Cup were Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City ; Lieutenant General Mai Hoang, Hero of the People's Armed Forces, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department; along with representatives from the leadership of various departments and agencies of Ho Chi Minh City and the City Police Department.
