Her father is unemployed, her mother sells vegetables at the market and suffers from severe diabetes, and her older brother has a mental illness. All the burdens fall on her mother's frail shoulders. Phuong Anh considered dropping out of school many times to stay home and help her mother, but with encouragement from her teachers and friends, she overcame her difficult circumstances and excelled throughout all 12 years of schooling, consistently achieving the title of outstanding student.
Phuong Anh is a diligent student. Every day she spends a lot of time helping her mother with housework and taking care of her older brother, but she always makes sure to complete her homework and study before class.
