Author Vo Thi Thuy Hien has just released a book The miracle of gratitude – an inspirational work about the journey from a poor girl living at the foot of Ta Cu mountain in Binh Thuan province to a successful businessman and philanthropist with many meaningful activities and contributions to society.

“I searched for the addresses of garment companies in Saigon by myself, made a long list and asked a motorbike taxi to take me to each place to connect for my friend. At that time, I just thought simply: I connect to help my distant friend when he needs it, without any other thought." she reminisced.

With a bright mind in it, with the hard work and perseverance formed from the hard past, she gradually rose to success. And when she became a successful entrepreneur, she still did not forget her past poverty and lessons from her parents, to practice an altruistic lifestyle, always helping others. She helps cancer patients, gives scholarships to poor children, participates in sponsoring orphans during the COVID-19 pandemic under the program "Going on with your children" launched by Thanh Nien Newspaper.
