A popular eatery in Laos' Vientiane night market has become a tourist destination after videos of the owner preparing food went viral on social media.
On YouTube, many reputable food sharing channels such as Street Food Celebrity recorded the moment the owner made egg rice, receiving nearly 3 million views.
Many other videos also received high engagement, with many diners admitting that they wanted to go to the restaurant to see the young girl make egg fried rice with their own eyes.

Images from the videos show that the girl has a delicate face, as beautiful as any actress. During sales sessions, she always wears light makeup and pays attention to her flexible outfits.
Mr. Anthony, a British customer who visited the restaurant last April, said that the food was just average, not too flavorful. But what made the restaurant so popular was probably the striking appearance of the salesgirl.
"With her beauty and youth, this girl could have chosen a quicker and easier way to make money. But instead, she chose to stand and sell goods at the night market very diligently and honestly," commented the British guest.
It is known that the restaurant's main dish is fried egg rice, which is very popular and loved in Laos. The dish is made from simple and easy-to-find ingredients such as eggs and cold rice.
After the eggs are beaten, they are fried in a thin layer in a pan to form the outer layer. The filling inside includes rice, some sausages, seaweed, and chili sauce and sauce.

A meal at the restaurant costs about 25,000 kip (30,000 VND), which is considered a reasonable price at night markets in Laos.
Previously, some night market stalls in other countries also attracted customers thanks to beautiful salesgirls. At Jodd Fairs night market in Bangkok (Thailand), many tourists came to the smoothie shop dubbed "Street Beauty" because they wanted to be served drinks directly by the beautiful female owner.

Although the shop is located quite far from the center of the night market and has no prominent sign, it is quite easy to find because there is always a line of customers waiting. The owner, named Join Ploychanok Puathanyawong, is constantly peeling fruits and blending them into smoothies to keep up with the speed of customers ordering drinks.
The shop was first known in 2019 when Chinese tourists visited the market and filmed videos that were shared on various social media platforms. Since then, the young woman’s reputation has received more attention.
The shop specializes in serving drinks made from Thai specialty fruits such as mango, apple, banana, pineapple, passion fruit, but the most famous are still cantaloupe and watermelon.
