The International Exhibition specializing in food and beverage ingredients in Vietnam 2024 will take place from October 9-11, 2024 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City.

At the press conference, Ms. Rose Chitanuwat - Project Chain Director (ASEAN), Informa Markets - stated that the Vietnamese food and beverage industry is on a growth trajectory, showing positive signs and an impressive average annual growth rate of 10-12%. Notably, in Southeast Asia, Vietnam's food industry revenue in 2023 rose to third place, behind only Indonesia and the Philippines.
Therefore, Informa Markets Company - the exhibition organizer - acts as a bridge, helping domestic and international businesses have the opportunity to share and explore a diverse range of products, from traditional Vietnamese ingredients and spices to modern food and beverage ingredients and technologies from around the world.

This year's Fi Vietnam 2024 exhibition is twice as large as in 2023, divided into four exhibition zones to enhance connections and cooperation with global F&B businesses across diverse sectors such as: beverage ingredients; health ingredients; natural ingredients; and a new business zone, bringing together over 150 exhibitors from 30 countries and territories, and is expected to attract more than 6,000 visitors.
In addition to the exhibition, there will also be conferences and scientific seminars - Informa Markets collaborates with organizations and associations, industry groups, experts and leading businesses in the F&B industry, providing a wealth of useful information for businesses and attendees.

Ms. Ly Kim Chi, Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Food and Beverage Association, a co-organizer of the exhibition, stated that the Vietnamese food and beverage market is trending upwards in the coming period. Retail sales of goods in the first eight months of 2024 increased by 7.3% compared to the same period last year, reaching nearly 3.2 trillion VND. Of this, the food and beverage group saw a 10.2% increase.
The Food and Beverage Ingredients Exhibition in Vietnam is a significant event in the sustainable development and increasing business cooperation, aiming to support Vietnamese businesses in expanding cooperation, exporting, promoting joint ventures in production, and transferring technology from foreign partners. Conversely, foreign businesses use the exhibition to target specific areas, build cooperative relationships, invest in the production sector, and explore Vietnam's promising food and beverage ingredients.
