On June 28th, the People's Committee of Dak Ha commune ( Quang Ngai province) reported that a fire had occurred at a scrap metal collection facility in Hamlet 3. Fortunately, the fire did not cause any casualties.
According to initial information, at approximately 7:30 PM on June 27th, residents discovered a fire breaking out in the scrap metal storage area of the facility. Immediately afterward, many people used on-site fire extinguishers and water hoses to put out the fire, while simultaneously notifying local authorities and relevant forces.

Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Department of Quang Ngai province dispatched 4 fire trucks along with officers and soldiers from Fire Fighting and Rescue Team Area 4 to the scene to carry out firefighting operations.
To control the fire, authorities continued to reinforce the effort with additional officers and soldiers, along with two fire trucks from the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 5, and also mobilized an additional water tanker from Kon Tum Urban Environment Joint Stock Company to provide support.

Because the facility contained many flammable materials, the fire quickly intensified, sending thick black smoke high into the air and making firefighting difficult. Firefighters deployed multiple water jets, focusing on containing the flames and preventing them from spreading.
After many hours of effort, the fire was completely extinguished at around midnight on June 28th. Fortunately, the fire did not cause any casualties.
The cause of the fire and the extent of property damage are currently being investigated and assessed by the authorities.
