On the afternoon of June 26th, the Ca Mau Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security regarding personnel matters. Major General Ho Viet Trieu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Police Department, presided over the ceremony.

Attending the announcement ceremony was Comrade Lu Quang Ngoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Also present were members of the Board of Directors of the Ca Mau Provincial Police; the Board of Directors of the Dong Nai City Police; leaders of departments under the Ca Mau Provincial Police and the Dong Nai City Police; and heads of police stations in communes, wards, and police posts in Ca Mau province.

At the ceremony, acting on behalf of the Minister of Public Security, the Ca Mau Provincial Police announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security, transferring Colonel Le Manh Hung, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai City Police, to take up the position of Deputy Director of the Ca Mau Provincial Police.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Major General Ho Viet Trieu, Director of the Ca Mau Provincial Police, congratulated Colonel Le Manh Hung on being entrusted by the Standing Committee of the Central Party Committee of Public Security and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security with the position of Deputy Director of the Ca Mau Provincial Police.

The Director of the Provincial Police affirmed that this is a recognition of Colonel Le Manh Hung's training, dedication, political qualities, ethics, and work capacity; and expressed confidence that in his new position, with his leadership, experience, and sense of responsibility, he will work together with the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police to successfully complete all assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, Colonel Le Manh Hung respectfully thanked the Standing Committee of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security Ministry and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for their trust in assigning him this important responsibility; he also thanked the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Ca Mau Provincial Public Security Department for their attention and support in enabling him to take on his new assignment.


Colonel Le Manh Hung affirmed that he would seriously and fully absorb the directives and assignments from the Director of the Provincial Police; continuously study and train, maintain the qualities of a cadre, Party member, and police officer; quickly grasp the local situation, promote the spirit of unity, and together with the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police, and all officers and soldiers, excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to maintaining security and order and effectively serving the development of Ca Mau province.
