On the evening of July 3rd, the Hanoi Press and Broadcasting Agency produced the program "Hanoi in Motion" with the theme "Hanoi Police Pioneering Digital Transformation," broadcast live from Studio S1.

Amidst the ongoing digital transformation across all aspects of social life, the Hanoi City Police continue to affirm their pioneering role in applying science and technology to ensure security and order, reform administrative procedures, and serve citizens and businesses, meeting the development requirements of the country's largest city.

Seriously implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo , the Hanoi City Police Department has established a Steering Committee on the development of science, technology, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06; and developed the project "Digital transformation in the Hanoi City Police Department, giai đoạn 2025-2030, vision to 2045".

The achievements of the digital transformation process are vividly demonstrated through a series of typical technological models and solutions such as: the "Smart Police Station" kiosk model; the AI ​​Chatbot virtual assistant on the iHanoi platform; the 113-114 smart hotline; and the Hanoi Police Digital Museum.

Since the beginning of 2026, the comprehensive process for handling administrative violations in the field of road traffic order and safety on the electronic environment through the iHanoi Digital Citizen application has contributed to shortening processing time and increasing objectivity and transparency. From July 1st, a system of 2460 AI cameras has been operational at 238 key intersections, serving to monitor and handle violations and ensure security and order.
