At each location visited, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department's Board of Directors, Colonel Huynh Thanh Lam extended greetings and best wishes to the bishops, priests, religious leaders, and parishioners for a peaceful and happy Easter 2025. He also provided information on the province's socio -economic development, security and order, traffic safety, and the results of the police force's crime prevention and control efforts in the past period.

Through this, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the bishops, priests, religious dignitaries, and parishioners in coordinating with the police force to maintain security and order, care for people in difficult circumstances, and contribute to socio-economic development in the locality. At the same time, he requested that the bishops, priests, and religious dignitaries continue to support, assist, and cooperate with the police force in disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations; and the methods and tactics of various types of crimes and social evils, especially high-tech crimes, so that parishioners can raise their vigilance and report crimes.
