VTV.vn - On May 29th, the AI ​​Technology & Digital Transformation Forum "GStar 2026 - AI & Humanity" will officially take place.

The event brings together global AI leaders and industry experts to share the latest breakthroughs, practical applications, and talent development initiatives, aiming to promote human-centered AI to enhance productivity, work quality, and lives across the Asia-Pacific region.

Against the backdrop of Asia's accelerating AI capabilities, fueled by a young, dynamic workforce and a surge in cross-border investment, GStar 2026 aims to foster collaboration between businesses and academia in the region. The program includes presentations, sharing sessions, and three panel discussions, and is expected to attract 1,000 attendees in person, along with 15 leading speakers, experts, and reputable exhibitors.

The event featured speakers and special guests from leading technology corporations (Google,FPT , Qualcomm, Boryung, MoMo), prestigious academic institutions (CMU, MBZUAI), and pioneering startups (LIFE AI, Calif, Tynapse, Kotoba Technologies), as well as scientists, innovators, policymakers, and investors.

Beyond academic discussions, the forum will focus on realizing AI applications and developing talent for Vietnam in particular and the Asia-Pacific region in general, creating a strategic bridge between businesses, innovators, and investors. Simultaneously, typical AI applications in healthcare , Fintech, and Generative AI will be showcased visually at the event.

The GStar 2026 Forum is a continuation of the annual AI events organized by the New Turing Institute since 2018, aiming to connect the Vietnamese AI community with global experts. Notable examples include GenAI 2024, which attracted over 800 attendees and featured more than 17 renowned speakers, including Jeff Dean (Google's Chief Scientist ); and AI Day 2023, which attracted over 1,300 participants and featured more than 27 prominent speakers, including Sam Altman (CEO of OpenAI) and Professor Christopher Manning (Director of the Stanford University Artificial Intelligence Laboratory).
