Instructions: Heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant; next, add the carrots and sauté for about 2-3 minutes. Then, add the chicken and sauté until it is partially cooked.

Pour chicken broth or water into a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer the chicken for 30-40 minutes, or until tender. While the chicken is cooking, rinse the glutinous rice and drain. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pot and let it cool.
