The issue of measuring alcohol concentration was raised by voters on the morning of December 3.12 when meeting in Thu Duc City with National Assembly Delegation No. 1 including: Mr. Vu Hai Quan, Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Sang, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy.
At the meeting, voter Tran Viet Trung (Truong Tho Ward) said that the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee promulgating regulations on buying information denouncing corruption and negativity is the right thing to do. However, there is a lot of information sent by people to the authorities that has not yet been resolved and answered.
“In fact, there have been many reports of corruption and negativity sent to the authorities by the people, but for some unknown reason they were forgotten, and the accused subjects themselves still leisurely confessed. now, and the people have not received a response," said the Trung voter.
Therefore, Chinese voters proposed that in order to introduce regulations for buying information denouncing corruption, there should be a mechanism for receiving and processing information that is clear and transparent and measures to protect whistleblowers.
In addition, the conference also received many opinions from voters related to measuring alcohol concentration, compensation policies for Ring Road 2, Ring Road 3, Thu Thiem project, school violence...
For example, voter Tran Viet Trung (Truong Tho Ward) mentioned some opinions of National Assembly delegates that cannot use the country's customs and traditions to justify handling alcohol violations. Because the harmful effects of alcohol and beer bring many consequences to society.
Many voters' opinions also agree with the above opinion. In addition, there are voters who believe that testing alcohol concentration needs a more reasonable plan, because measuring alcohol concentration is unhygienic and can easily spread infectious diseases.
