To synchronize and unify inspection and supervision work from the beginning of 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a working session with the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission to assess the situation and results of advising and organizing the implementation of tasks and solutions to strengthen inspection, supervision, and Party discipline. At the same time, they issued supplementary inspection and supervision programs for the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and the inspection and supervision program of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for 2024.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department's monitoring team, led by Comrade Ma The Hong, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, monitored the improvement of the quality of Party branch activities at the Khau Tinh commune Party Committee (Na Hang).
Based on the tasks, work programs, and political objectives of the locality, unit, Party committee, and Inspection Committee at all levels, the Party committees and Inspection Committees have reformed the development and implementation of inspection and supervision programs; coordination has been improved to avoid duplication of content and subjects of inspection among relevant agencies. At the same time, focus has been placed on enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of surprise and direct inspections and supervisions, as well as other forms of gathering information on the performance of assigned duties by heads of Party committees and government, and on issues of concern to cadres, Party members, and the people.
Specifically, this includes leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of regulations on the exemplary conduct of officials and Party members, especially those in leadership positions; personnel work; land management and use, financial and budgetary matters; the implementation of regulations on preventing and combating corruption and waste in basic construction; public asset procurement; the implementation of social policies; and the implementation of working regulations, etc.
In the Na Hang District Party Committee, from the beginning of 2024, Party committees and organizations from the district to the grassroots level have concretized documents and regulations on Party inspection, supervision, and discipline work to suit the situation and tasks of the locality, agency, and unit, in order to organize effective implementation. Accordingly, the district Party committee conducted inspections of 1 Party member, and grassroots Party committees conducted inspections of 4 Party members. The grassroots Party Committee's Inspection Committee under the Na Hang District Party Committee conducted inspections when there were signs of violations against 12 Party members. The district Party committee disciplined 11 Party members; the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee and grassroots committees disciplined 7 Party members and suspended Party membership for 4 Party members.
Leaders of Chiêm Hóa district inspected the implementation of the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in 2024 in Linh Phú commune.
Party member Chu Viet Thanh, from the Na Lung village branch of the Khau Tinh commune Party Committee (Na Hang district), expressed: "The serious implementation of Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement helps prevent and promptly address violations by Party organizations and members. The inspections and disciplinary actions taken against violating Party members in the district over the past period demonstrate the correct and serious leadership of the district Party Committee in building a clean and strong Party and political system."
According to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Report, in the first quarter of 2024, district and grassroots Party committees disciplined 33 Party members, including 12 Party committee members (an increase of 6 Party members compared to the same period in 2023). District and grassroots Party committees disciplined 24 Party members, including 13 Party committee members (an increase of 8 Party members compared to the same period in 2023). The provincial and district-level Inspection Commissions issued plans for verifying assets and income in 2024 and organized the random selection of individuals for asset and income verification. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission randomly selected 25 individuals for asset and income verification in 2024...
Through the implementation of the inspection and supervision program, the inspected and supervised Party organizations and Party members have seriously absorbed the feedback and proposed solutions to address the shortcomings. This has contributed to enhancing the capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members, and consolidating the people's trust in the Party's leadership.
