Attending the conference from the Central Committee were Comrade Nguyen Minh Quang - Deputy Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee ; and representatives from the leadership of Department V, Central Inspection Committee.

Representing the provincial leadership were: Comrade Thai Dai Ngoc - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Comrade Thai Thanh Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Inspection Committee; and other members of the Provincial Party Committee.
According to the report presented at the conference, in 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Party committees at all levels, and Inspection Commissions closely followed the leadership and guidance of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, proactively advising on the thorough understanding, concretization, and timely and serious implementation of regulations and guidelines on Party inspection, supervision, and discipline work, in conjunction with the prevention and fight against corruption, waste, and negative phenomena.
Following the organizational merger and the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission proactively advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee to issue the Working Regulations for the 2025-2030 term; the Inspection and Supervision Program for the entire term and for 2026; 15 regulations on coordination with Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and relevant units; and a system of regulations and procedures on Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work.
In the implementation process, the Inspection Committees at all levels have correctly selected the target groups and focused on key areas, concentrating on sensitive sectors prone to violations.
Regular and thematic supervision has been strengthened; inspections when there are signs of violations, handling of complaints and denunciations, and enforcement of Party discipline have been carried out promptly, strictly, and accurately; ensuring compliance with regulations and clearly promoting the educational , deterrent, and preventive effects.
Information and communication efforts regarding inspection and supervision activities have been intensified, creating consensus among officials, Party members, and the people.

In 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee conducted inspections and supervision of 13 Party organizations and 10 Party members who were heads of Party committees and organizations at various levels.
Party committees and inspection committees at all levels in the province inspected 794 party organizations and 29,900 party members; conducted thematic supervision of 477 party organizations and 2,413 party members; and carried out inspections when there were signs of violations against 14 party organizations and 84 party members. Through inspection and supervision, disciplinary action was taken against 284 party members.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Minh Quang requested the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, Party committees, and Inspection Commissions at all levels in the province to focus on effectively implementing six key tasks in the Party's inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement work.

Adhering closely to and strictly implementing the directives of the Central Committee, especially the guiding ideology of General Secretary To Lam at the recent National Conference summarizing the 2020-2025 term on inspection, supervision, and the fight against corruption, negative practices, and waste.
Party committees at all levels must concretize this directive into action programs right from the beginning of the year. Review and update the new directives of the General Secretary into the 2026 inspection and supervision program, focusing on key areas, avoiding a scattered approach, and concentrating on weak points and difficult issues.
At the same time, focus on shifting strongly from inspection to preventive monitoring and remote warning. Resolve definitively cases, incidents, and "hot spots" related to the economy, land management, minerals, public investment, etc.
Promote digital transformation to improve the quality of inspection and supervision. Pay attention to building a team of inspection officials who are competent, honest, and professional. Strengthen the mechanism for information sharing between the Inspection Committee and the Inspectorate, Auditor, and Internal Affairs agencies to handle difficult cases.
In his address to the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the Party Inspection sector's work over the past year. He also emphasized that 2026 is a crucial year for implementing the resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels and the key programs of each sector, creating momentum for accelerating and breaking through to successfully achieve the goals, targets, and tasks of socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security, and building the Party and political system in 2026 and throughout the 2025-2030 term.
Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc requested that Party committees, Party organizations, and inspection committees at all levels in the province closely adhere to the direction and tasks of inspection and supervision work in 2026. They should implement comprehensive solutions to prevent violations and negative practices; and resolutely handle violations strictly according to the principle of no forbidden zones and no exceptions.
Continue to raise awareness, responsibility, proactive spirit, decisiveness, and innovative thinking of Party committees, Party organizations, and inspection committees at all levels, especially the leaders, in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of inspection and supervision work.
The leadership and guidance should strictly implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, and the resolutions of party congresses at all levels; strengthen inspection and supervision to effectively serve the election process; proactively review, amend, and supplement regulations on inspection and supervision work to suit the new party organization model, ensuring proper authority, functions, and tasks; and adhere to the principle that wherever there are activities of party organizations and party members, there must be inspection and supervision, leaving no areas or fields unattended.
Strongly innovate inspection and supervision methods, focusing on regular supervision; concentrate on supervising the implementation of key resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee; prevent and combat corruption, waste, and negative phenomena; strengthen coordination between Party inspection and inspection, auditing, investigation, prosecution, trial, and supervision by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the people.
Proactively advise and effectively implement the inspection and supervision program for 2026; promptly and decisively resolve complaints and denunciations, especially before the election.
The higher-level Inspection Committee regularly and promptly directs and guides Party committees, Party organizations, and lower-level inspection committees in inspection and supervision work, especially in reviewing and handling serious and complex cases. Attention is paid to consolidating and streamlining the organizational structure of the Inspection Committee towards a lean, strong, efficient, and effective operation.
