According to the Daily Mail , at age 62, Demi Moore maintains a daily exercise routine including cardio dancing and stretching with a roller to keep her toned physique. In her memoir , *Inside Out*, published in 2019, the actress revealed that when she was younger, she was obsessed with perfect looks, pushing herself to do high-intensity workouts like running, cycling, and gym workouts. Moore has now stopped strenuous exercises to maintain her natural figure. Additionally, she has started meditating to cultivate mental strength, according to CNN .

Demi Moore currently owns nine dogs and frequently posts pictures of them on social media. Her favorite is Pilaf, a chihuahua. She adopted him in 2022 and often takes him to major events, such as the Versace fashion show in Milan, Italy, last January.
