On the evening of the 29th of the Lunar New Year, crowds flocked to Lam Vien Square and around Xuan Huong Lake. The New Year's art program was vibrant, attracting a large number of locals and tourists. Police forces from various wards, traffic police, and riot police were mobilized to the maximum extent, proactively implementing plans to ensure security and order, manage traffic flow, and create favorable conditions for people to celebrate the New Year safely and respectfully.
