The owner then came up with the idea of thinly spreading the pho noodles, letting them dry, and rolling them with stir-fried beef and herbs.

To enhance the flavor, the owner prepared an extra bowl of dipping fish sauce. The customer praised it profusely after eating, and from then on, Hanoi-style pho rolls were born and became a famous dish, loved by many people.
