Hanoi University of Science and Technology increases tuition fees.

This year, tuition fees for standard programs at Hanoi University of Science and Technology are between 28 and 35 million VND per year, an increase of 3 to 5 million VND per year compared to last year.

On June 14th, Hanoi University of Science and Technology announced its 2025 undergraduate admissions information, including the projected tuition fees for the 2025-2026 academic year for the 2025 intake.

Specifically, with 37 standard training programs, Hanoi University of Science and Technology expects tuition fees to range from 28 to 35 million VND per academic year, an increase of 4 to 5 million VND compared to last year's enrollment.

The tuition fees for ELITECH programs are expected to be 35-45 million VND per academic year (an increase of 2-3 million VND per year). However, the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IT-E10) and Logistics and Supply Chain Management (EM-E14) programs have tuition fees of 64-67 million VND per academic year.

The International Professional English Dual Degree Program (FL2) costs 51 million VND per academic year (including registration fees).

Programs with different foreign language proficiency requirements (international programs) and international joint training programs (degrees awarded by foreign partners) have tuition fees of 26-30 million VND/semester (the TROY-BA and TROY-IT programs have 3 semesters per academic year).

Hanoi University of Science and Technology stated that tuition fees may be adjusted for subsequent academic years, but the average increase across all training programs will not exceed 10% per year.

In 2025, Hanoi University of Science and Technology will recruit 9,680 students through four methods: talent-based admission, admission based on aptitude test scores, admission based on high school graduation exam scores, and other admission methods (for students under government scholarship programs; students under international agreements; and students studying at high schools abroad).

For the microelectronics and nanotechnology engineering training program, candidates applying through the high school graduation exam score-based admission method need to achieve a minimum of 24 points, with a score of 8 or higher in mathematics (or an equivalent level in other admission methods).

Hanoi University of Science and Technology uses 10 admission combinations and main subjects from previous years, including A00, A01, A02, B00, D01, D04, D07, D26, D28, and D29 (different majors use different combinations).

A new subject combination, K01, has been added, including mathematics, literature, physics/chemistry/biology/informatics. Mathematics and literature are compulsory subjects, combined with one of the four subjects: physics, chemistry, biology, or informatics, applicable to all admission codes.
