According to reports, the Congress is expected to take place on September 22 and 23 in Hanoi with the motto of action "Solidarity-Democracy-Creativity-Innovation-Development".

The political report presented to the Congress has the theme: "Building a clean and strong Party organization; Strongly innovating thinking and leadership methods; Gathering and mobilizing people of all walks of life to promote democracy and the strength of great national unity, joining hands and hearts to enter an era of national development that is rich, prosperous, civilized and happy".

Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Central Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Organizations Nguyen Minh Chung informed about the Congress.

The political report identifies 5 directions, 10 groups of targets, 8 key tasks and 10 groups of solutions on leadership in implementing political tasks and 5 groups of solutions on Party building work that need to be focused on implementing in the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress will propose three breakthroughs: Innovating leadership methods according to new models; new thinking, new ways of doing, new results; Strongly innovating content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, residential areas, close to the people, proactively serving the people; Focusing on training, fostering, evaluating, arranging, and effectively using the staff, especially the heads of Party committees, agencies, and units; focusing on training cadres through practical activities; closely linking "theory with practice", "words go hand in hand with actions".

The work of leading and directing party committees at all levels to prepare and organize the party congress for the 2025-2030 term was carried out methodically and comprehensively by the Party Committee Standing Committee, ensuring compliance with the set procedures, progress, goals and requirements.

Along with that, the preparation of congress documents has been invested in meticulously and seriously by Party committees at all levels on the basis of in-depth practical summaries, comprehensive assessments of the results of the previous term's tasks, and clear determination of the directions, goals, and tasks of the new term.

Propaganda work is carried out synchronously, methodically, and in depth with many diverse forms, increasing the application of digital technology, contributing to raising awareness and creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the Party.

In addition, personnel work is conducted strictly, democratically, objectively, and in accordance with procedures and regulations. The personnel structure of Party committees at all levels basically ensures a reasonable ratio between age, gender, young cadres and female cadres, with inheritance and innovation.
