The 9th Congress of the Party Committee of the Department of Justice

On the morning of March 29, in Ha Long City, the Party Committee of the Department of Justice held the 9th Congress, term 2025-2030. This is one of the 3 units selected by the Provincial Party Committee to hold a model congress. Attending and directing were comrade Vu Van Dien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Over the past 5 years, the Party Committee of the Department of Justice has led and directed its subordinate Party cells, cadres and Party members to resolutely implement tasks and solutions in a focused and key manner, creating positive and clear changes in all fields, and successfully completing annual political tasks.

The Party building work continued to be seriously and systematically implemented, innovated and achieved many outstanding results, clearer than the previous term. The Party Committee, Party Cell, Party Cell and the team of cadres and Party members were united and overcame difficulties. Thanks to that, 100% of the targets of the Resolution of the 8th Congress, term 2020-2025, including many targets that were exceeded.

Comrade Vu Van Dien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Department of Justice Party Committee in the past term; affirmed that those results have created trust and an important foundation for the Quang Ninh judiciary to firmly develop in the coming term.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vu Van Dien gave a speech directing the Congress.

Emphasizing that the 2025-2030 term will face many difficulties and challenges, he requested the Party Committee of the Department of Justice to continue to innovate, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, cadres and party members; overcome difficulties and excellently complete the assigned tasks. The new Executive Committee needs to continue to innovate thinking, improve the capacity to draft legal documents; promptly research and advise the Provincial People's Committee to concretize policies; build a culture of law compliance; strengthen discipline and order in professional activities as well as the role of legal aid in implementing social security policies. From there, build a strong Quang Ninh judiciary, meeting the requirements and tasks of judicial work in the new period .

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested that immediately after the Congress, the Department Party Committee should immediately start building and implementing the Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution. The implementation of Party building work needs to be closely linked with the implementation of the agency's political tasks.

Delegates voted to elect the Party Committee of the Department of Justice for the 2025-2030 term.

The Party Executive Committee of the Department of Justice for the 2025-2030 term was introduced to the Congress.

Delegates voted to pass the Congress Resolution.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress elected and introduced the Party Committee of the Department of Justice, term IX, consisting of 7 comrades; directly elected the Party Secretary right at the Congress and elected the delegation to attend the Provincial People's Committee Party Congress for the term 2025-2030 and passed the Resolution of the 9th Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
