Dak Lak: Building a team of proactive staff to adapt to digital transformation requirements

According to Party members in Dak Lak, the draft document of the 14th Party Congress has a new point of focusing on building a team of cadres at all levels, focusing on the strategic and grassroots levels, especially the leaders.

In Dak Lak province, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio- political organizations; affiliated Party Committees; grassroots Party cells... are actively organizing to collect opinions on draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

With their responsibilities, party members and people from all walks of life frankly contributed many practical opinions closely linked to reality.

The new point of the draft document of the 14th Party Congress is to focus on building a team of cadres at all levels, focusing on the strategic and grassroots levels, especially the leaders. The policy of placing grassroots cadres at the center of cadre work is a breakthrough in thinking about cadres. Because grassroots cadres are the link closest to the people, directly organizing policy implementation, promptly reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of the people.

From the practical work at the grassroots level, close to the people, Mr. Le Anh Man, Party Cell Secretary and Head of Ward 1 Tran Hung Dao (Tuy Hoa Ward, Dak Lak Province), said that the current staff must constantly study, improve their level of information technology application, and proactively adapt to the requirements of digital transformation.

The 13th Politburo issued Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on "Breakthroughs in science , technology development, innovation and national digital transformation."

Vietnam aims to build a digital government, digital economy and digital society, with the goal of becoming a digital nation by 2030. Grassroots officials must know how to effectively use digital platforms in management, administration and interaction with the people. Only then will the operations of the grassroots political system be truly modern, transparent, closer to the people and serve the people better.

One of the new and important points of the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress is the addition of "Theory on the renovation path" as a component part of the Party's ideological foundation. Accordingly, the theory on the renovation path becomes a component part of the ideological foundation, continuing to lead the country's development in the new era of the nation.

Mr. Pham Minh Thao, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Phu Dong Ward, Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province (old), said that the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress repeatedly mentioned the phrase "progressing strongly in the era of national development." This has profound meaning, arousing the desire for development, demonstrating the belief and determination to bring the country into a period of rapid and sustainable development. This is the inheritance of the spirit of "aspiration for a strong Vietnam" proposed by the 13th Congress, and at the same time opens a new period. The 14th Party Congress is expected to bring our country into a new era of development, proactively seizing opportunities, overcoming challenges to affirm its worthy position in the international arena.

Mr. Pham Minh Thao said that he will continue to research, implement and propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws in the new term; contributing to the development of Dak Lak province and the country. He hopes that after the 14th National Party Congress, the Party's resolutions and strategic directions will quickly come into life; strongly arouse the spirit of solidarity and the will to rise of the entire nation, creating new momentum for the country's sustainable development.

Colonel Tran Van Muoi, former Commander of the Phu Yen Provincial Military Command (old), is over 80 years old this year and nearly 65 years old in the Party. Despite his old age, he still fully participates in Party activities at the Party Cell and actively contributes ideas to Party building.

Colonel Tran Van Muoi expressed his agreement and support for the public disclosure of the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress for party members and people from all walks of life to contribute their opinions. He said that the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress demonstrated a new strategic vision for the country's future development. The content of the document affirmed the comprehensive and absolute leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam - the decisive factor for all victories of our country's revolution. Every cadre, party member and people always unite and believe in the wise leadership of the Party.

As someone who experienced the “rain of bombs and bullets” of the resistance war against the US to save the country and witnessed the changes of the country, Colonel Tran Van Muoi is proud of the great achievements that our country has achieved. He hopes that after the 14th Party Congress, the country will develop strongly, maintain independence, sovereignty, political stability, and enhance its position and prestige in the international arena./.
