Dak Lak: Building a team of officials proactively adapting to the demands of digital transformation.

According to Party members in Dak Lak, a new point in the draft document for the 14th Party Congress is the focus on building a contingent of cadres at all levels, with a focus on the strategic and grassroots levels, especially the leaders.

In Dak Lak province, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and political and social organizations; subordinate Party committees; grassroots Party branches… are actively organizing the collection of opinions on the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

In fulfilling their responsibilities, party members and people from all walks of life frankly contributed many practical ideas closely related to reality.

A new feature of the draft documents for the 14th Party Congress is the focus on building a contingent of cadres at all levels, with a particular emphasis on the strategic and grassroots levels, especially the leaders. The policy of placing grassroots cadres at the center of cadre work represents a breakthrough in thinking about cadres. This is because grassroots cadres are the closest link to the people, directly organizing and implementing policies, and promptly reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of the people.

Based on his practical experience working at the grassroots level, being close to the people, Mr. Le Anh Man, Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of Neighborhood 1 Tran Hung Dao (Tuy Hoa Ward, Dak Lak Province), believes that the current team of officials must constantly learn, improve their skills in applying information technology, and proactively adapt to the requirements of digital transformation.

The Politburo of the 13th Party Congress issued Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on "Breakthroughs in the development of science , technology, innovation, and national digital transformation."

Vietnam aims to build a digital government, digital economy, and digital society, with the goal of becoming a digital nation by 2030. Local officials must know how to effectively use digital platforms in management, administration, and interaction with the people. Only then will the political system at the grassroots level truly operate in a modern, transparent, people-oriented manner, and better serve the people.

One of the new and important points of the draft document for the 14th Party Congress is the addition of "Theory on the Renovation Line" as a constituent part of the Party's ideological foundation. Accordingly, the theory on the renovation line becomes a constituent part of the ideological foundation, continuing to guide the country's development in the new era of the nation.

Mr. Pham Minh Thao, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Phu Dong Ward, Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province (formerly), believes that the draft document for the 14th National Party Congress repeatedly mentions the phrase "advancing strongly in the era of national development." This carries profound meaning, arousing the aspiration for development, expressing confidence and determination to lead the country into a period of rapid and sustainable development. This is a continuation of the spirit of "the aspiration for a strong and prosperous Vietnam" set forth by the 13th National Party Congress, while also opening a new phase. The 14th National Party Congress is expected to lead our country into a new era of development, proactively seizing opportunities, overcoming challenges, and affirming its rightful position on the international stage.

Mr. Pham Minh Thao stated that he will continue to research, implement, and disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations in the new term; contributing to the development of Dak Lak province and the country. He hopes that after the 14th National Party Congress, the resolutions and strategic directions of the Party will quickly be put into practice; strongly arousing the spirit of unity and the will to strive of the entire nation, creating new momentum for the sustainable development of the country.

Colonel Tran Van Muoi, former Commander of the Phu Yen (old) Provincial Military Command, is over 80 years old and has been a Party member for nearly 65 years. Despite his advanced age, he still fully participates in Party activities at the Party branch and actively contributes ideas to Party building.

Colonel Tran Van Muoi expressed his agreement and support for the public release of the draft documents for the 14th Party Congress to allow Party members and all segments of the population to contribute their opinions. He believes that the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress reflect a new strategic vision for the country's future development. The content of the documents affirms the comprehensive and absolute leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam – the decisive factor in all the victories of our country's revolution. Every cadre, Party member, and citizen remains united and confident in the wise leadership of the Party.

Having experienced the "bombing and shelling" of the war against the US and witnessed the country's transformation, Colonel Tran Van Muoi is proud of the great achievements our country has attained. He hopes that after the 14th Party Congress, the country will rise up and develop strongly, maintain independence and sovereignty, ensure political stability, and enhance its position and prestige in the international arena.
