Ensuring the quality and progress of key projects in Can Loc.

Thanks to prioritized resources, focused investment, and accelerated progress, construction projects in Can Loc district ( Ha Tinh province) have completed their components ahead of schedule.

The Nghèn - Đồng Lộc town road project consists of 3 routes, with a total length of over 8.5 km and a total investment of 185 billion VND. The main route runs from the intersection of Nguyen Hue and Xuan Dieu roads (Nghèn town) to the intersection with National Highway 15B, spanning over 7.3 km with a 36m wide roadbed; branch route 1 has a 24m wide roadbed and is over 406m long; and branch route 2 has a 12m wide roadbed and is over 813m long.

According to the Can Loc District Investment and Construction Project Management Board, as of now, phase 1 (the section within Nghen town) of the Nghen - Dong Loc town road project has been basically completed, 8 months ahead of schedule. The contractor is currently completing traffic safety system items such as: installing traffic signs, painting road markings, speed bumps, etc. The project will be handed over for use before the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon.

Phase 2 of the Nghèn - Đồng Lộc town road project is being accelerated by the contractor. To date, the contractor has completed approximately 50% of the work. The project is expected to be completed in October 2024.

Construction workers are installing expansion joints on the Yen Dong bridge, located on the Nghen town - Dong Loc road.

The construction of the Can Loc District Government Office building is also a key project being urgently completed. The project includes a 5-story administrative building with a construction area of ​​650 ^m² and a total investment of 37 billion VND. The building aims to meet the working needs of officials and civil servants, serve the transaction needs of the people, and facilitate coordination between departments. Currently, the district government office building is basically complete and will be put into use in January 2024.

The contractor is completing the leveling and tiling work in the grounds of the Can Loc district government office.

The construction of the Can Loc District government office building aims to create a civilized and modern office building and to create an architectural highlight in the urban landscape of Tuy Phuoc Park.

The project to upgrade and expand Highway 36 (Cho Dinh – Quan Trai) has a length of over 9.6 km, starting at the intersection with Provincial Road 548 at Km 17+685 and ending at the intersection with National Highway 281 at Km 38+450. The project has a total investment of over 89 billion VND.

At the Cho Dinh - Quan Trai road project site, the contractor is currently focusing on removing weathered soil and building a K95 embankment; simultaneously, they are pouring prefabricated concrete drainage components and culverts across the road. According to reports, the project is currently progressing at 15%.

To facilitate the North-South Expressway project (Eastern section, 2021-2025) passing through Can Loc district, 146 households had to be relocated, giving up their land for construction. To help residents stabilize their lives, Can Loc district has planned and built five resettlement areas. Kim Song Truong commune has two resettlement areas, while Quang Loc, Son Loc, and Trung Loc communes each have one (pictured: Dong Vinh village resettlement area, Kim Song Truong commune).

The five resettlement areas in Can Loc district all have convenient locations in terms of transportation, electricity systems, modern infrastructure, high elevation, and easy connection to existing residential areas in the locality... To date, all resettlement areas have completed their construction phases, and residents have been building their houses ( in the photo: At the Dong Vinh village resettlement area, Kim Song Truong commune, 26 out of 43 households have started or are currently constructing their houses).

To ensure that key construction projects in Can Loc district meet quality and progress targets as planned, the Can Loc District Investment and Construction Project Management Board regularly sends officials to each project site to inspect and monitor progress, urge contractors to focus resources on accelerating construction, ensure completion according to schedule, and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles for contractors.
