Ensuring quality and progress of key projects in Can Loc

With prioritized resources, focused investment, and accelerated progress, projects in Can Loc district ( Ha Tinh ) have soon completed their items according to plan.

The Nghen - Dong Loc town road project consists of 3 routes, with a total length of more than 8.5 km, with a total investment of 185 billion VND. The main route from the intersection of Nguyen Hue Street and Xuan Dieu Street (Nghen town) to the intersection of National Highway 15B, is more than 7.3 km long with a 36m wide roadbed; branch route 1 has a 24m wide roadbed, more than 406m long; branch route 2 has a 12m wide roadbed, more than 813m long.

According to the Can Loc District Construction Investment Project Management Board, up to now, phase 1 (section in Nghen urban area) of the Nghen town - Dong Loc road project has been basically completed, 8 months ahead of schedule. The contractor is completing traffic safety system items such as: installing signs, road markings, speed-reducing paint... The project will be handed over and put into use before the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin.

Phase 2 of the Nghen - Dong Loc town road project is being accelerated by the contractor. Up to now, the contractor has completed about 50% of the project volume. The project is expected to be completed in October 2024.

The Can Loc district government office building is also a key project that is being urgently completed. The project includes a 5-storey administrative building with a construction area of ​​650 ^m2 , a total investment of 37 billion VND. The project aims to meet the working needs of cadres, civil servants and public employees, serve the transaction needs of the people and facilitate coordination between departments and offices. Currently, the district government office building has been basically completed and will be put into use in January 2024.

The contractor is completing the leveling and paving of bricks in the premises of the Can Loc district government headquarters.

The Can Loc district government office building project aims to build a civilized and modern office and create an architectural highlight for the urban landscape of Tuy Phuoc park area.

The project to upgrade and expand DH 36 (Cho Dinh - Quan Trai) has a length of more than 9.6 km, starting at the intersection with DT 548 road at Km 17 + 685, ending at the intersection with QL 281 at Km 38 + 450. The project has a total investment of more than 89 billion VND.

At the Cho Dinh - Quan Trai road project site, the contractor is currently focusing on stripping weathering and filling the K95 soil foundation; at the same time, pouring concrete components for prefabricated ditches and culverts across the road. According to the report, the project is currently underway with a progress of 15%.

To serve the North-South Eastern Expressway project in the 2021-2025 period, the section passing through Can Loc district, 146 households had to relocate and "give up land" to construction units. In order to create conditions for people to soon stabilize their lives, Can Loc district has planned and built 5 resettlement areas, of which Kim Song Truong commune has 2 resettlement areas, Quang Loc, Son Loc, Trung Loc communes each have 1 resettlement area (in the photo: resettlement area of ​​Dong Vinh village, Kim Song Truong commune).

The 5 resettlement areas in Can Loc district are all conveniently located in terms of traffic, electricity system, modern infrastructure, high and easily connected to existing residential areas in the area... (in photo: Resettlement area of ​​Minh Huong village, Trung Loc commune).

To ensure the quality and progress of key projects in the district according to the plan, the Can Loc District Construction Investment Project Management Board regularly sends officers to each project to inspect and grasp the progress of implementation, urge contractors to concentrate resources to speed up construction, ensure completion according to plan and promptly resolve difficulties and problems for contractors.
