We were present at the My Duc Commune Military Command while officers and soldiers were conducting training on handling A2 situations. The simulated scenario was: In front of the commune's People's Committee office, a group of unidentified individuals gathered, causing disturbances and displaying aggressive behavior, attempting to storm and vandalize the office building.

Sensing the situation, the Commander of the Commune Military Command quickly sounded the alarm. As the siren blared, from all directions, the soldiers of the Permanent Militia Squad quickly moved to their positions, received weapons, equipment, and support tools, and deployed to protect the target. The seamless coordination, from the commander's commands to the actions of the entire squad, demonstrated the high sense of responsibility, effort, and serious attitude towards training of the officers and soldiers of the My Duc Commune Military Command.

After the training session, soldier Le Chien Huu, of the Militia Squad, Military Command of My Duc Commune, shared: “Identifying combat readiness as an important task, we try our best in every training session. Any incorrect movements are immediately corrected by the commander, especially regarding individual technique. The unit also frequently presents unexpected situations, forcing us to flexibly find ways to handle them.”

To ensure that the militia soldiers effectively meet the requirements of their duties, the Military Command of My Duc commune proactively developed a detailed training plan that closely matched the local situation, with clear content, time, and location; and prepared sufficient materials, lesson plans, lectures, training grounds, and practice areas... suitable for each content. In addition, the Military Command of the commune assigned specific tasks to the officers in charge of training.

During training, the unit regularly reviews and evaluates the results of each day's training, identifying shortcomings, their causes, and corrective measures to improve the quality of subsequent training sessions. Simultaneously, it harmoniously combines political education with military training, fostering discipline and establishing a regular, orderly system. This helps build strong political resolve among officers and soldiers, enabling them to overcome difficulties and successfully complete their missions.

Besides strengthening the force and improving the operational quality of the militia, My Duc commune also focuses on investing in infrastructure, building spacious and well-equipped accommodation and living facilities, creating conditions for officers and soldiers to work and contribute with peace of mind.

To build a strong militia force, we regularly monitor and update the number of citizens of militia age to select qualified young people for the force.

Organize systematic and rigorous training, gradually honing skills and enhancing the combat readiness of each soldier, ensuring the building of a militia force that is both strong in skills and firm in ideology, and successfully fulfilling local military and national defense tasks.

Over the years, the militia force of My Duc commune has always been a solid support for the local Party committee, government, and people in maintaining political security, social order, and safety, making an important contribution to helping the locality focus on socio -economic development.
