After the training session, soldier Le Chien Huu, Militia Squad, My Duc Commune Military Command, shared: “Determining combat readiness is an important task, so in each training session, we try our best. The unit also regularly presents unexpected situations, forcing us to be flexible in finding ways to handle them.”

During the training process, the unit regularly draws lessons, evaluates the training results of the day, points out the limitations, causes and remedies so that the following training sessions can achieve higher quality. Thereby, building for officers and soldiers a strong political will, overcoming difficulties, and completing tasks well.
