Mobilizing the masses for success.

Instead of sitting back, listening to reports, and making decisions detached from reality and the grassroots, immediately after the implementation of the two-tiered local government model, many Party committees and governments chose to "go back to the people and the grassroots" to engage in dialogue, listen, and work together to resolve newly arising issues. Thanks to this approach, many tasks, projects, and political system restructuring at the grassroots level have been addressed promptly and thoroughly, strengthening the trust of the people and the grassroots in the Party committees and governments.

The leaders of the Trung Son Commune Party Committee directly visited the residential area to mobilize the people of Ngọt to clear the land and agree to the implementation of the rural road project in the area.

These days, people in Bai Danh area, Van Ban commune, are actively participating in the movement to donate land and contribute to the construction of rural roads. Following the Party Committee's policy on socio -economic development, Van Ban commune is investing in the construction of a road connecting the Go Han - Da Cong inter-district road to Da Trang Dam, aiming to create momentum for economic development, especially forestry and ecotourism in the locality.

The White Stone Dam area boasts pristine natural landscapes and fresh, cool air, making it a promising destination for eco -tourism and relaxation. It holds the potential to become an attractive spot for visitors from near and far.

Embarking on the road construction project, the commune's Party committee and government determined that without the people's consensus, such a large undertaking would be difficult to accomplish. Accordingly, the entire political system, from the heads of the Party committee and government to Party members in the residential areas, worked together to mobilize and encourage the people. Understanding the significance and role of the road, the people of Bai Danh area demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, consensus, and active participation. To date, all households along the road have voluntarily dismantled structures, buildings, and trees, and donated land to create the construction site. The road is designed with a 5m wide surface and 2m wide sidewalks on both sides for planting trees and installing lighting, following the principle of "the State and the People working together" (the State invests in road construction, and the people participate by donating land, planting trees, and installing lighting). This is an effective model of mobilizing the people's strength, promoting the leading role of the people in building new rural areas, and affirming the success of the local Party committee and government.

Upon completion, the Go Han - Da Cong inter-district road will connect with the inter-communal road leading to the inter-regional road axis - Cam Khe Industrial Park and the IC10 interchange of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway. This will create favorable conditions to attract tourists to the Da Trang Dam area, and at the same time provide an opportunity for people to display and introduce the local agricultural products that are strengths of the area, contributing to the creation of a linkage chain in the development of agricultural production towards a commodity-based approach. The project reflects the faith, unity, and aspirations for development of the people.

Without waiting for reports from subordinates or merely listening to information from above, Comrade Dinh Hai Nam, Secretary of the Party Committee of Trung Son commune, has been actively and decisively mobilizing the people to clear land for the rural road project in mid-June. With a "people-oriented" approach and a close, easy-to-understand, and persuasive style of public relations, he, along with the Party Committee and local authorities, directly met with and persuaded households whose land was within the project area of ​​the Khe Ngọt rural road in Ngọt area to comply with the land clearance policy for the project's implementation. At each household, the working group led by the Secretary of the Party Committee listened to the people's concerns and aspirations; at the same time, they explained the purpose, significance, and importance of the project in completing the rural transportation system, creating favorable conditions for travel, trade, and socio-economic development of the locality.

Residents of Tranh Ngo area, Van Ban commune, are actively donating land and dismantling structures to facilitate the early implementation of the inter-district transportation route, aiming to connect trade and contribute to the socio-economic development of the locality.

The Party Secretary of the commune stated: Through propaganda and mobilization efforts, the households have basically agreed and supported the project's implementation, demonstrating a sense of responsibility for the common good of the community, contributing to creating favorable conditions for land clearance and ensuring the project's progress according to plan. It can be seen that, in addition to the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, this activity also demonstrates the close attention and guidance of the local Party committee and government in leading and directing the implementation of infrastructure projects serving socio-economic development, building new rural areas, and improving the lives of the people in the commune, with the people's consensus and cooperation.

The two examples above demonstrate the effectiveness of mass mobilization work since the implementation of the two-tiered local government model. This also shows that, over the past period, mass mobilization work has always received attention and guidance from the Party committees, government, Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, and armed forces of the province, resulting in many practical achievements. Party committees at the commune and ward levels, and Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, have thoroughly implemented the resolutions and directives of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on mass mobilization work; focusing on innovating the content and methods of operation, linking mass mobilization work with the implementation of political tasks, socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and building a clean and strong Party and political system.
