Over three days (June 23-25), the Binh Phu Commune Health Station, in collaboration with the Hanoi Eye Hospital - Phu Tho, organized a program to provide free eye examinations, consultations, and treatment for eye diseases, as well as eye care services for residents of Binh Phu commune. The program was offered free of charge, aiming to detect eye diseases early and contribute to improving the quality of healthcare for the people, especially the elderly.

During the examinations, the medical team from Hanoi - Phu Tho Eye Hospital directly performed many specialized techniques such as: visual acuity testing, fundoscopy, anterior chamber angle examination, general eye examination... and provided advice on common eye diseases. In addition, people were guided on preventive measures, care, and treatment of eye diseases, especially those common in the elderly such as cataracts, glaucoma, retinal degeneration, and refractive errors.

In addition to health check-ups and consultations, the program also provides free medicine to the public, helping to reduce treatment costs and enabling people to access quality healthcare services.
