1. Program name: “Register for Viettel - Win 9999 gold”
Format: Lucky draw.
Event period: From May 6, 2025 - October 31, 2025.
Total prize value 12 taels of 9999 gold ~ 132 million VND: 02 taels of 9999 gold per month, 01 only for customers using mobile services, 01 only for customers using fixed services.
2. Applicable subjects:
Customers in Dong Thap province and using Viettel's mobile and fixed services.
3. Program content:
For mobile services (excluding Dcom and M2M):
New prepaid customers or those currently using a package with a value of 70,000 or more.
New postpaid customers or customers switching from prepaid to postpaid with package value from 120,000 or more, have fee notification in Dong Thap.
Will receive the corresponding number of prize codes, each customer can receive multiple prize codes.
For fixed service:
Subscribers register for new Internet service installation, pay in advance, upgrade from regular package to Mesh package, accept during the program period, have installation address in Dong Thap.
- Subscribers register for new installation or participate in pre-payment for large screen TV 360 service, with installation address in Dong Thap.
- Will receive the corresponding number of prize codes, each customer can receive multiple prize codes.
Note:
For prepaid subscribers: Subscribers eligible to participate in the lucky draw program are subscribers with a lucky draw code and are active in both directions as of the data closing time and have been active for at least 10 days in the month for prepaid subscribers.
For postpaid subscribers: There is a notification of usage fees in Dong Thap, no conversion to prepaid subscribers during the program period.
For fixed subscribers: Have installation address in Dong Thap, not blocked 1C/2C during the program period.
All subscriptions must be active at the time of program closing.
All Viettel employees are not allowed to participate.
4. Time for drawing and awarding prizes: includes 06 rounds.

5. SMS number to communicate the program and send the prize code:
Customers will receive a communication message from the VIETTEL_DT number to their mobile phone number for mobile customers and return it to the customer's contact number on the fixed contract.
The customer will receive the prize code via text message from number 155 sent to the customer after the customer successfully registers.
