Having worked for more than 30 years as a women's worker in the hamlet, now as the Head of Kinh Cu Hamlet, Ms. Dang Thi Phuong has never lost her enthusiasm and responsibility for the common work. Ms. Phuong worries: "The commune is now a new rural area, but her hamlet still has 11 poor households. These are all extremely difficult circumstances, the hamlet, commune and community join hands to help. But honestly, I personally think that any household I help to escape poverty must be truly free from poverty, with a stable and long-lasting life."

I'm even more grateful that the hamlet and commune officials always care and help, encourage me. Sometimes I think that the officials are more afraid that I will become poor again than I am." After a smile, Mrs. Anh confided: "My son and I have Agent Orange and disability subsidies, additional support for raising livestock, and hired work. We don't have much, but we are comfortable."

As for Mr. Nguyen Viet Khai, a civil servant of the Office - Statistics of the People's Committee of Tran Hoi commune, joining the ranks of the Party, being trained, striving, and making progress during his time working in the hamlet and commune is both an honor and a blessing. As a demobilized soldier, working in the hamlet and then in the commune, being trained and holding the position of Commune Youth Union Secretary, participating in the Party Committee and civil servant of the Commune People's Committee is a process of tireless striving, Mr. Khai confided: "No matter what the job is, I do it with all my responsibility and ability."

Mr. Khai is one of the pioneers who successfully raised black apple snails in the commune. Just counting the commercial black apple snails and snail seeds on an area of 5,000 ^m2 of water surface, the family's income is over 100 million VND/year. That does not include the profits from the orchard of all kinds of fruit trees such as grapefruit, coconut, star apple, 2 crops of ST rice, freshwater fish, intercropped vegetables...

Not only enriching himself, Mr. Khai also brings his experiences, spiritual and material capital to share and spread among the youth union members and neighbors. Since then, the union members, youth and farmers of Tran Hoi have had new and effective choices of start-up and production models. The people of Hamlet 10A have become familiar with the image of the young cadre who is devoted to the work of the commune all day, and after work, he is busy visiting the fields and harvesting snails. In the morning, on his way to work, the young cadre carries a few dozen coconuts, a bunch of snail seeds and snail meat to deliver to customers.
