Also attending were Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court; and members of the Sub-committee and the Sub-committee's Support Team and Editorial Team.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, presented a summary report on some key contents in the draft Report of the 13th Central Committee of the Party summarizing the work of Party building and the implementation of the Party Charter.

Based on the Outline approved by the 9th Central Committee Meeting of the 13th Party Congress and the compiled summary reports of Party committees and organizations directly under the Central Committee, agencies, and units at the central level; and the results of surveys conducted from June 2024 in 8 Party committees directly under the Central Committee ( Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Yen Bai, Dak Lak, the Central Military Commission, the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc, and the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc), the Subcommittee has drafted the Report of the 13th Party Central Committee summarizing the work of Party building and the implementation of the Party Charter.

During the meeting, the members of the Subcommittee highly appreciated the Central Organizing Committee (the Standing Agency of the Subcommittee), the Support Team, and the Editorial Team for their proactive and effective implementation of the preparation, drafting, and completion of the report. The report was elaborate, of high quality, closely followed the outline, and honestly and objectively synthesized all the comments from the members of the Subcommittee and Party committees, organizations, agencies, and units.

The members of the Subcommittee contributed several important contents with theoretical and practical significance, deepening the observations, assessments, guiding viewpoints, tasks, and solutions in the draft Report, contributing to the best possible preparation for the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Le Minh Hung highly appreciated the heartfelt and responsible opinions expressed by the members of the Subcommittee. Comrade Le Minh Hung stated that at the upcoming 10th Central Committee Conference, the Subcommittees will present to the Central Committee for discussion and initial approval the draft documents for the 14th Party Congress, to be discussed at the Party congresses at all levels in 2025.

Comrade Le Minh Hung requested that the members of the Sub-committee continue to dedicate time and attention, maintain close contact with the Standing Office of the Sub-committee, and uphold the spirit of responsibility as well as experience from previous terms to contribute to the development and completion of the draft Report. The Standing Office of the Sub-committee, the Support Team, and the Editorial Team need to focus intensely and actively work, continuing to synthesize and incorporate feedback from collectives and individuals to finalize the draft Report, ensuring its quality and meeting the set deadlines.
