Exciting atmosphere at Can Tho City's Techfest Cantho 2024
Mr. Ngo Anh Tin, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Can Tho City, emphasized: The Forum aims at 5 goals, first, to summarize and evaluate the results of implementing Plan No. 135/KH-UBND dated June 30, 2021 of the City People's Committee on "Supporting the development of the Can Tho City's innovative start-up ecosystem for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030". Second, to analyze the causes of difficulties and problems in developing the Can Tho City's innovative start-up ecosystem and start-up and creative start-up activities. Third, to propose effective solutions and initiatives to promote the spirit of creativity to promote the development of the Can Tho City's innovative start-up ecosystem in the coming period. Fourth, to create opportunities for connection between managers, investors, individuals, start-ups and organizations supporting start-ups and creative start-ups. Fifth, create strong motivation, improve quality and efficiency to successfully implement socio -economic development goals and tasks of Can Tho City in the coming period.

Mr. Ngo Anh Tin affirmed: Vietnam is entering the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution with the aspiration to break through with internal creative power. On December 22, 2024, the Politburo issued Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, opening up new opportunities for the development of the S&T ecosystem in Can Tho City in particular and the whole country in general. Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW not only demonstrates strong political determination but also lays the foundation for a comprehensive S&T ecosystem, where science is linked to the market, technology is linked to practice and knowledge becomes the driving force for sustainable growth. |
