With the theme "Pioneering Youth Union Leaders Determined to Win," the competition was lively and included various activities such as knowledge tests, document drafting, talent showcases, and a young propagandist competition. All contestants demonstrated serious preparation, a high sense of responsibility, and significant investment in both content and presentation.

Many entries attracted viewers' attention thanks to their creative presentation, harmoniously combining presentations, illustrations, video clips, and digital media products. Content about the traditions of the Vietnam People's Army, Military Region 7, the heroic 5th Division; the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; and the role of youth in fulfilling their duties were conveyed vividly, relatable, and easily accessible.
At the conclusion of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the team from Regiment 4; the second prize to the team from Regiment 271; and the third prize to the team from Regiment 5. A highlight of this year's competition was the application of information technology to propaganda activities. Many teams proactively created videos, designed illustrative images, and effectively utilized digital platforms to enhance the visual appeal of their presentations.
The participating teams left a strong impression with their well-prepared presentations, insightful content, and confident style. The competitions not only reflected knowledge and skills in youth union work but also demonstrated a proactive spirit of research, learning, and the ability to flexibly apply knowledge to practical activities at the grassroots level.
To achieve high-quality performances, each contestant underwent a rigorous preparation process along with the support of their entire unit. Lieutenant Tran Viet Hoang, Deputy Political Officer of Company 7, Battalion 2, Regiment 4, who won first prize in the men's individual category for young propagandists, said: “Throughout the preparation process, I always received attention and guidance from the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Regiment's command; assistance from specialized agencies, the Battalion's command, and especially the enthusiastic support of my comrades and affiliated units. Each person contributed their efforts, giving me more confidence to enter the competition. Therefore, this joy is not just mine, but the joy of the entire team.”
According to Lieutenant Tran Viet Hoang, to become an excellent Youth Union officer and a skilled young propagandist, each officer needs to constantly cultivate political acumen, proactively learn, improve propaganda skills, and apply information technology. Most importantly, they must have a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and always connect theory with practice in their unit.

In the talent competition, Lieutenant Loc Anh Tu, Deputy Political Officer of Company 10, Regiment 271, excellently won first prize. “Participating in the competition helped me realize that to do good work in the Youth Union, it's not just about knowledge, but more importantly, the ability to apply it to the unit's practical situation. Each propaganda piece must originate from the soldiers' lives, from their daily training and combat readiness tasks to create a widespread impact. This is also a motivation for me to continue learning and innovating my work methods in the future,” said Lieutenant Loc Anh Tu.
The days spent participating in the competition were not only a time for focused preparation and completing the competition content, but also helped the contestants gain more motivation to research and explore new ways of doing Youth Union work. From the practical experience of preparing and competing, many Youth Union officials clearly demonstrated a progressive spirit, creativity, and determination to successfully complete their assigned tasks.
Lieutenant Colonel Phan Hoai Quyet, Deputy Political Commissar of the 5th Division, stated: “Through the competition, many good and creative models and methods from various units have been introduced and disseminated, while also creating an environment for Youth Union officers to interact, learn, exchange experiences, improve their ability to disseminate information, organize activities, and apply information technology in performing their duties. The results of the competition show that the Division's Youth Union officers are increasingly dynamic and capable, meeting the requirements of the mission in the new situation, serving as a basis for further training and building a strong force, contributing to improving the quality of Youth Union work and youth movements, and building a comprehensively strong unit.”
