At the District 4 Children's House, there is a boarding class for gifted students - life skills, for students from 7 to 13 years old, taking place from morning to afternoon. At noon, children have lunch, rest and in the afternoon they will continue to participate in workshops, experiential playgrounds, snacks and parents will pick up students...

In Tan Phu District, Ms. Pham Thi Thuy An, Deputy Director of Tan Phu District Children's House (213 Le Trong Tan, Son Ky Ward), said that the demand for sending children to boarding houses has increased during the summer. However, Tan Phu District Children's House determined that organizing boarding summer courses must be carried out seriously, systematically, safely, and in compliance with all current regulations, so it is carefully studying the plans, based on the needs. If all requirements are met, the boarding summer course will be organized in July 2023.

Many kindergartens offer childcare from June 15th.

Normally, independent and private preschools in Ho Chi Minh City still operate throughout the summer. According to a survey by Thanh Nien reporters, public preschools in Thu Duc City and districts have been surveying and recording the needs of parents for childcare and the voluntary registration of teachers and staff to participate in the summer. The manager of a preschool in Ward 14, Phu Nhuan District, said that the number of children registered for summer school is quite large, currently there are 9 groups of children in 3 grades: nursery, buds, and leaves.

Recently, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City issued Document No. 2673 guiding the Thu Duc Department of Education and Training and 21 districts and affiliated preschools on organizing summer activities in 2023. "Depending on actual conditions; the need for childcare of parents and caregivers; the voluntary registration of teachers, preschools can organize summer activities from June 15, 2023 to August 15, 2023," the Department of Education and Training said.
