Strengthening cooperation between Quang Tri and Sekong

QTO - The Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee, Vo Van Hung, recently led a delegation to visit and work in Sekong province (Laos) to promote cooperation in various fields, focusing on the transportation and export of coal from Laos to Vietnam through the La Lay International Border Gate.
