The Provincial Police Department has deployed a system of 11 QR-Codes to publicize administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Police Department and a system of 215 QR-Codes to measure people's satisfaction at the One-Stop Department at all levels. Organize the review, simplification, publicization and transparency of administrative procedures, reduce processing time and costs for organizations and citizens; continue to effectively implement the "one-stop" and "one-stop" mechanisms, apply information technology in the field of State management of security and order, strengthen the settlement of administrative procedures in the electronic environment, meeting the requirements of administrative modernization.
Colonel Le Trong Sau, Head of the Immigration Management Department, Provincial Police, said: The unit regularly updates, publicly posts, and fully details the content, processes, fees, charges, and legal regulations on administrative procedures to create the most favorable conditions for citizens when learning. Time reduction for 05 procedures, specifically: processing time for issuing entry and exit passes from 3 days to 1 day; issuing visas, issuing temporary residence cards, extending temporary residence, extending temporary residence for people who have been granted visa exemption certificates from 5 days to 1 to 3 days, while making efforts to process administrative procedures at the fastest speed to facilitate people.
In the field of administrative management of social order, we have proactively reduced the processing time, creating favorable conditions for individuals, organizations and businesses. 4 administrative procedures for granting, changing, re-granting ID cards, and confirming ID numbers have been reduced to less than 7 days; 3 administrative procedures for exploiting information in the National Population Database have been reduced from 3 days to 2 days; 1 administrative procedure for exploiting information in the document database has been reduced from 5 days to 3 days; 2 administrative procedures for granting licenses for transporting industrial explosives have been reduced; and the license for transporting industrial explosives has been adjusted from 3 days to 1 day.
The provincial police also effectively implemented initiatives, models and solutions to reform administrative procedures, typically: Administrative reform model at commune-level police; initiative "Strengthening solutions to increase the rate of online public service records of the provincial police"; provincial initiative "Handbook for implementing administrative procedures on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue on the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service Portal"...
Administrative reform work is also associated with the "Smile of the Soldier" movement in handling people's work with the motto "5 pleases: hello, thank you, permission, apology, guidance; 5 alwayss: always smile, always be gentle, always listen and understand, always help, always respect the law" with specific and creative models and methods to well implement the culture of behavior when communicating and handling people's work.
