The Wedding Symphony 2025 event recently held in Ho Chi Minh City has become an important highlight, bringing the specialized Vietnam Wedding Awards to honor outstanding individuals and units in the Vietnamese wedding industry. This is not only a gathering place for organizers, hotels, and wedding service brands, but also clearly reflects the strong transformation of a potential industry.
In the past 3-5 years, the high-end wedding market in Vietnam has recorded a remarkable growth rate. The change in consumer thinking, the need to express personality and style of the young generation has opened up a large enough market for event organizers, hotels and wedding service brands to simultaneously upgrade their products and services. Not stopping in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, this market is expanding to localities with tourism advantages such as Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc or Sa Pa.

At the Vietnam Wedding Awards 2025, many speakers shared the same opinion that three trend pillars will shape the Vietnamese luxury wedding industry in the coming period: personalization, sustainability and multi-sensory experience.
Weddings are becoming more personal, with wedding planners and hotels investing more in tailor-made services, from decorations to guest experiences.
Brides and grooms are increasingly concerned with green elements, from venue selection, local materials, plastic restrictions, to eco-friendly design. Mia Saigon is one of the few LEED-certified hotels, incorporating sustainability criteria into every detail of the wedding.

Not only serving domestic customers, Vietnam's high-end wedding market is gradually becoming the choice of international couples. The advantage lies in the diverse natural landscape, from islands to mountains and forests, the strong development of the resort tourism industry and especially political stability.
In fact, Vietnam has repeatedly welcomed lavish weddings of the international super-rich. In 2019, an Indian couple held a wedding with nearly 700 guests at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, contributing to the resort's consecutive "World's Leading Luxury Wedding Resort" awards.

The lavish wedding with fireworks, fire, water, and light effects, was held at a 5-star resort, renting the entire resort and private jet to serve guests. The "Chinese Zodiac-themed" wedding in Da Nang in 2024 of a Vietnamese-American couple held a party combining Chinese and Vietnamese cultures at Intercontinental Danang, with a personal touch through meticulous design, traditional activities, and attention to detail.
To date, Phu Quoc and Da Nang continue to be the choice of many wealthy families from India and the Middle East, as a series of luxury resorts have become destinations for "super wedding parties" with hundreds of guests.
"Vietnam has the potential to become a leading wedding destination in the region, with its combination of pristine landscapes, unique culture, hospitality and increasingly high-end service systems," said a representative of a luxury hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
