Ho Chi Minh City University of Education has just announced the admission scores according to the admission methods using the results of the high school graduation exam, the results of the specialized competency assessment exam combined with high school transcripts and admission of candidates who are specialized class students.

Accordingly, this year, Chemistry Pedagogy is the major with the highest admission score of 29.38 points. The lowest is Information Technology and French Language with 19 points.

The school's non-pedagogical majors also attracted great attention during this year's admissions season, especially Psychology with an admission score of up to 28.08 points.

In 2025, the number of candidates and registration wishes both increased sharply. Nationwide, there were more than 7.6 million registered wishes, accounting for more than 73% of the total number of candidates. On average, each candidate registered nearly 9 wishes. The number of candidates registering for admission also skyrocketed by more than 115,000 compared to 2024, partly due to vocational colleges participating in the common admission system.
