Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Huy Nam has resigned from the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, and from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thanh Hoa Water Supply Joint Stock Company, in order to be appointed to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Xuong District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; and has been nominated for election by the District People's Council to the position of Chairman of the Quang Xuong District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Thinh, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Xuong District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and Chairman of the Quang Xuong District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, has been transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.
Mr. Nguyen Van Binh has resigned from the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, relinquished his position as Deputy Secretary of the Muong Lat District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and resigned from his position as Chairman of the Muong Lat District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, in order to be appointed as Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.
Mr. Trinh Van The has relinquished his position as Deputy Chief of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Office to be appointed to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Muong Lat District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; and has been nominated for election by the District People's Council to the position of Chairman of the Muong Lat District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Mr. Nguyen Van Chien, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, has been appointed Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Internal Affairs.
Mr. Le Hong Phong, Standing Committee Member and Head of the Propaganda Department of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, was nominated by consensus to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for the 2019-2024 term.
Mr. Pham Thanh Chung, Head of the Finance and Planning Department of the Thanh Hoa City People's Committee, participated in the Executive Committee of the Nong Cong District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; and was nominated to run for election by the District People's Council to the position of Vice Chairman of the Nong Cong District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tung, Head of the Agriculture and Rural Development Department of the Yen Dinh District People's Committee, is running for election by the District People's Council to the position of Vice Chairman of the Yen Dinh District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Mr. Nguyen Dang Truong, Head of the Economic and Infrastructure Department of the Yen Dinh District People's Committee, is running for election by the District People's Council to the position of Vice Chairman of the Yen Dinh District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Mr. Ha Van Thieu, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Muong Lat District Party Committee, is running for election as an additional member of the Standing Committee of the Muong Lat District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Mr. Vu Huu Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ben Sung town, is running for election by the Party Committee of Nhu Thanh district as a member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, to be assigned the position of Head of the Organization Department of the Nhu Thanh District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Mr. Le Van Nghia, Secretary of the Party Committee of Can Khe commune, is nominated for election by the Party Committee of Nhu Thanh district as a member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, assigned to the position of Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department for the 2020-2025 term, and nominated for consultation as Chairman of the Nhu Thanh District Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term.
In his remarks assigning the new duties, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Lai The Nguyen emphasized: In their new roles, the transferred and rotated officials need to continue to develop their strengths and abilities, uphold a high sense of responsibility, understand the working regulations, and employ creative and scientific approaches to ensure smooth operation of the work.
After assuming their duties, they must actively learn and thoroughly understand the functions and responsibilities of their locality and unit, closely monitor the local area and grassroots level to grasp the practical requirements, and then focus on leading, directing, and resolving obstacles. For difficult issues, they must discuss and find solutions together with the team.
On behalf of the newly appointed and transferred officials, Mr. Nguyen Huy Nam, the new Deputy Secretary of the Quang Xuong District Party Committee, affirmed his determination and efforts to successfully complete his duties in his new position, contributing to building the province into a growth pole in the North of the country.
