Rotation and appointment of officials in Thai Binh province.

Attending the conference were Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee; and the delegation of the National Assembly and the Provincial People's Council.

At the conference, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department and the Department of Internal Affairs announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee regarding the transfer, rotation, and appointment of officials.

According to the Decisions: Comrade Ha Tien Thang, Provincial Party Committee member and Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, has been transferred to the Department of Internal Affairs and appointed as Director of the Department of Internal Affairs.

Comrade Dang Van Tinh, Director of the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Transportation Works, has been transferred to the Provincial People's Committee Office and appointed as Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Vinh, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport, has been transferred to the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Transport Projects and appointed as Director of the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Transport Projects.

Comrade Nguyen Van Duc, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Kien Xuong District, has been transferred to work at the Department of Science and Technology and appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

Comrade Hoang Viet Huy, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Hai District, has been transferred to Kien Xuong District, appointed to the District Party Committee Executive Board and the District Party Committee Standing Committee, and assigned the position of Deputy Secretary of the Kien Xuong District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. He has also been nominated for election by the District People's Council to the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of the district for the 2021-2026 term.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Lo, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Hung Ha District, has been transferred to work at the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, and appointed as Deputy Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.

Comrade Tran Van Thuong, Deputy Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, has been transferred to work in Hung Ha district, appointed to the District Party Committee, the District Party Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hung Ha District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, congratulated the comrades who were transferred, reassigned, and appointed in this round.

He expressed his hope that the comrades, in their new positions, would continue to develop their abilities, strengths, and experience, quickly adapt to their work, and constantly learn and improve their skills to successfully fulfill their assigned responsibilities and duties.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested that the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of agencies, units, and localities where the newly transferred, reassigned, and appointed comrades are located continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, support, and assistance, and create favorable conditions for the newly transferred, reassigned, and appointed comrades to successfully complete their assigned tasks, contributing to building stronger agencies and units and achieving the set goals and tasks.

Responding to the directives and assignments from the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Comrade Ha Tien Thang, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, representing the comrades who have been transferred, reassigned, and appointed, pledged to continue striving, constantly learning, and applying practical experience gained through their work to successfully complete all assigned tasks, and together with the collective of agencies and units, actively contribute to the overall development of the province.
