Khanh Hoa province has transferred and appointed many officials.

On the morning of May 28, the Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel matters.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Bui Hoai Nam, Provincial Party Committee member and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, to work at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province to be nominated for the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province for the 2025-2030 term and elected as Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Van, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, was appointed as Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned and appointed Mr. Nguyen Minh Thai, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and to hold the position of Secretary of the Ninh Chu Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; and appointed him to participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Defense Command of Area 4 - Do Vinh for the 2025-2030 term.

The leaders of Khanh Hoa province presented the appointment decision to Mr. Vu Ngoc Duong, the new Director of the Provincial Department of Education and Training.

The conference also announced the decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province regarding the acceptance, transfer, and appointment of Mr. Vu Ngoc Duong, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, and Chairman of the People's Council of Ninh Chu ward, to work at the Department of Education and Training; and his appointment as Director of the Department of Education and Training of Khanh Hoa province for a term of 5 years from May 27, 2026.
