On May 18, in Hanoi , Vietnam Nursing Magazine held an award ceremony for the photo contest "Beauty of Vietnamese Nursing" to celebrate the 59th anniversary of International Nursing Day and the 134th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.
After more than 20 days of launching, the Photo Contest attracted the participation of more than 1,000 entries with stories and images of beautiful moments of nurses, technicians, midwives, and students working and studying at medical facilities, universities, and medical colleges nationwide.
With the votes of many readers and the fair working spirit of the Jury, 39 excellent works were selected and awarded. As a result, Nurse Quach Thi Thanh Tu, Department of Internal Medicine (Provincial General Hospital) won the A prize in the photo contest "Beauty of Vietnamese Nursing". In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 2 A prizes, 3 B prizes, 3 C prizes and 6 Encouragement prizes to the contestants and many other secondary prizes.
The contest aims to promote the image of the Vietnam Nursing Association in general and its units in particular, bringing positive effects and spreading the image of nurses with their quiet but extremely hard and respectful work.
