On the evening of April 12th, striker Nguyen Dinh Bac continued his scoring form as CAHN drew 1-1 against PVF-CAND in Round 18 of the V.League 2025/26.

After scoring a brace against Da Nang in the previous round, Dinh Bac scored again against PVF-CAND.

At the PVF stadium, CAHN endured a tough match against PVF-CAND. In the 10th minute, the home team threatened CAHN's goal when Thanh Nhàn broke down the left wing and passed the ball back to Thái Bá Đạt, who shot into the net. Fortunately for Coach Polking's team, after consulting VAR, the referee determined that Thanh Nhàn was offside in the preceding situation, and the goal was disallowed.

Having narrowly avoided defeat, CAHN immediately responded. In the 17th minute, Dinh Bac unleashed a shot from outside the penalty area. The equalizer forced CAHN to push forward for the remainder of the match. However, against the tight and determined play of PVF-CAND, the police team was unable to find another goal.

The match ended in a 1-1 draw. With this result, CAHN maintained their top position and had an advantage in the championship race. Meanwhile, this draw did not bring any positive signs regarding the ranking for PVF-CAND, as they remained second to last in the standings with 13 points.
