For Khanh Hoa province, it has been and continues to keep pace with the rest of the country to develop strongly. In this new environment and under new conditions, Khanh Hoa possesses many favorable factors for breakthrough development. Among them, the potential for wind power, solar power, and pumped energy is enormous, serving as a foundation for building a national energy center of significant scale, realizing the vision of the Politburo in Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW, dated January 28, 2022, on building and developing Khanh Hoa province until 2030, with a vision to 2045, transforming Khanh Hoa into a green growth pole of the country.

With 72 solar, wind, and hydropower projects, and the Van Phong 1 BOT Thermal Power Plant supplying approximately 17.95 billion kWh/year to the national power grid, Khanh Hoa has never had such a large-scale energy development program as it does now. The dream of becoming an energy hub for Central Vietnam and the entire country is coming true for this land of sunshine and wind. Along with renewable energy projects, 220kV and 500kV substations and 220kV and 500kV transmission lines are being urgently constructed to transmit the full capacity from renewable energy plants to the national power grid, significantly contributing to ensuring a safe and reliable electricity supply for loads in the South Central region and reducing losses in the regional power grid. This is also a magnet attracting leading global technology corporations to Van Phong, Cam Ranh, and Ca Na, creating a circular economic value chain and elevating the Khanh Hoa brand to an international level.

On the eve of the new spring, we hope that the entire Vietnamese nation in general, and the people of Khanh Hoa in particular, will unite to create a powerful impetus and brilliant miracles that will propel the country's development to new heights, new levels, and new quality. This will be an era where traditional values will be fully utilized, resonating with the creative power of Vietnamese intellect, along with the convergence and crystallization of the past and present, the nation and the times, the country and the world , the individual and the collective, the leadership and the masses; a breakthrough that will spread far and wide; a magnificent flight for the nation to transform into a dragon.

With the support and favorable conditions provided by the Government and Khanh Hoa province, HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (HVS) has gradually affirmed its position as one of the leading modern shipbuilding facilities in Vietnam and the world. From primarily repairing ships in its early years, we have now completely shifted to building new ships and exporting them to demanding international markets. HVS has delivered a total of 197 large ships with tonnages ranging from 50,000 tons to 115,000 tons to shipowners worldwide. We are proud to be contributing to creating jobs and stable income for more than 5,000 workers.

With the achievements we have made, I can affirm that Khanh Hoa is one of the localities with many favorable and friendly conditions for businesses. Currently, the province is entering a phase of "upgrading development," and HVS has high expectations for Khanh Hoa's new strategic direction. We believe that with the completion of planning, the promotion of logistics infrastructure, the strengthening of high-tech industries and the marine economy, the province's investment environment will become even more modern and attractive, attracting more foreign investors. This is an opportunity for HVS to continue pursuing a sustainable, modern development strategy and deeply integrate with the trends of the global shipbuilding industry; to continue expanding scale, improving production capacity and promoting technology transfer activities; investing in the construction of ports, workshops and other factory infrastructure, aiming to increase shipbuilding capacity to 23 ships/year by 2030 (a 53% increase compared to the current level). This includes focusing on green development and building environmentally friendly ships that use clean fuels such as LNG, methanol, and dual-fuel vessels, as well as energy-saving solutions. Simultaneously, it involves promoting digital transformation throughout production and management, building modern, smart shipyards, improving productivity and quality, and shortening shipbuilding time.

This is an important foundation for local businesses to continue enhancing their position in the global supply chain. For VietFarm, 2025 saw significant results in both production and revenue. Total export volume reached approximately 3,000 tons, with revenue reaching 60 billion VND. This result stemmed from the company's consistent product quality, adherence to international standards, and expansion of its consumer market. This stable growth momentum has helped VietFarm create a solid financial and market foundation for its next phase of development.

In 2026, we aim to increase production by approximately 40% compared to 2025, linked to expanding raw material areas, increasing factory capacity, and optimizing production processes. The strategic focus is on promoting the application of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation throughout the entire chain of operations, from production and management to product research and development. Automation, data digitization, and the gradual application of AI will help improve productivity, quality, and traceability. Simultaneously, VietFarm will continue to restructure its organization towards a leaner, more flexible approach, focusing on human resource training and building a successor team. The company remains committed to its core business areas while expanding multi-channel and multi-market sales, aiming to increase brand awareness and develop sustainable exports, contributing positively to the overall economic landscape of Khanh Hoa in the new year.
