Talking to Thanh Nien , a leader of Mong Cai City said that recently, the two localities of Mong Cai and Dong Hung City have organized many talks and conferences to discuss promoting border tourism. This is a necessary factor, not only contributing to the socio-economic development of the border provinces, but also an important driving force for tourism development, socio-economic development of the country in general, promoting cultural exchange, and strengthening friendly cooperation.

According to the leader of Mong Cai City, the locality is coordinating with relevant agencies to speed up the necessary conditions and coordinate with Dongxing City (China) to soon reopen self-driving tours, a type of tourism that is highly anticipated by the people.
