Manchester United's squad value has plummeted dramatically.

Manchester United finished the 2024/25 season disappointingly in 15th place in the Premier League, causing their squad value to drop by £407 million.

The value of both Casemiro and Antony has decreased.

The biggest shock came from Antony. The Brazilian player, who was signed for £85 million, is now valued at only £17 million, a drop of £68 million. Not to be outdone, Harry Maguire also lost £72 million, from his initial fee of £85 million down to just £13 million.

Rasmus Hojlund, a £72 million signing, is now valued at £38 million, a drop of almost half. The value of stars like Casemiro (down £60 million), Jadon Sancho (down £47 million), and Mason Mount (down £36 million) has also evaporated rapidly.

In total, the value of just 20 players in Manchester United's starting lineup has decreased by £407 million. This figure directly reflects the poor performance of the Manchester team throughout the past season.

The only bright spot was Diogo Dalot. The Portuguese player's value increased from £19 million to £30 million thanks to his consistent performance. Noussair Mazraoui also saw a slight increase from £17 million to £27 million.

With massive price reductions, MU faces a difficult financial challenge in its rebuilding process. Selling players to strengthen the squad is not only more challenging but also carries the risk of significant losses if they don't quickly restore their on-field performance.
