Accordingly, the mine closure area is 3.09 hectares; the current environmental condition of the mine area is such that both banks of the river have been reclaimed, with various types of trees growing naturally and planted by local people, ensuring the riverbanks are stable and safe. This mine area was previously granted to Truong Phuc Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 661/QD-UBND dated April 7, 2015, of the Provincial People's Committee.

It is understood that the closure of the mine aims to manage and liquidate resources within the licensed mining area, which will be handed over to the People's Committee of Hai Lam commune, Hai Lang district, for management in accordance with the law.
