The 2026 "Following in the Footsteps of Uncle Ho - For National Security" cross-country race, jointly organized by the Ministry of Public Security, the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the Public Security Sports Association, and sponsors, attracted thousands of athletes of all ages participating in the 42km, 21km, 10km, and Family (5km) distances. The competition was vibrant, exciting, and achieved good results. The race reflected the happiness of all levels of officials, soldiers, and people for a healthy Vietnam.

The " Happy Vietnam 2026 " award is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and Vietnam Television.
The 2026 awards will continue to be held nationwide with two categories: photos and videos .
The submitted works will be judged in two rounds, preliminary and final, by a judging panel comprising reputable experts, journalists, photographers, and filmmakers, ensuring objectivity, transparency, and professional quality.
The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in the fourth quarter of 2026 in Hanoi and will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television.
