Viettel Group (Vietnam Military Telecommunications Group) has commenced construction of the Viettel Data Center and High-Tech Research and Development Center in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The official dispatch states: To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Government plans to continue organizing simultaneous online groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for major projects nationwide (combining live and online participation for all projects). The expected date is August 19, 2025.

The Prime Minister requests that Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities, Chairpersons of Boards of Directors, and General Directors of Corporations and General Companies urgently direct their agencies, units, project management boards, and contractors to focus maximum resources on completing investment procedures to commence assigned projects; and to accelerate the construction progress of ongoing projects to organize inaugurations and put into operation important projects and large-scale projects of their respective sectors, agencies, units, and localities.

The goal is for each ministry, sector, locality, corporation, and general company to have at least two projects or works that meet the criteria for commencement or inauguration to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day...

Regarding preparations for the exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, the Prime Minister requested Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, and Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities to urgently develop plans for exhibiting the socio-economic development achievements of their respective ministries, sectors, and localities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh - Hanoi)...
