Specifically, on the afternoon of June 22nd, heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms and hailstorms occurred unexpectedly, with strong gusts of wind tearing off the roofs of 14 houses. Of these, 12 were in Ham Thang ward and 2 in Binh Thuan ward. In addition, a solar power system on the roof of a resident's house in Ham Thang ward was also severely damaged.

Notably, the storm completely ripped off the roofs of two offices at the Ham Thang Ward People's Committee headquarters, causing damage to many documents and equipment. One ward staff member was injured when a metal bar fell on him and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The Lam Dong Provincial Civil Defense Command estimates the initial total damage at approximately 500 million VND.

Immediately after the natural disaster, local authorities mobilized on-site forces to assist people in repairing their homes, cleaning up the affected areas, and stabilizing their lives; at the same time, they reviewed and compiled a list of damages to provide assistance according to regulations.
