Our first stop on our spring trip was the Suoi Tien Sheep Farm in Nam Cam Ranh commune. Here, adorable lambs frolic around visitors, and a gently winding stream flows through lush green meadows. Children enjoy feeding the lambs tender grass – a wonderful experience during the spring days. The resort also serves signature lamb dishes such as lamb curry, BBQ lamb ribs, grilled lamb skewers, and sun-dried lamb... all delicious and tender, leaving a lasting impression on us.

Exploring the southern region, I believe spring is perhaps the most beautiful time, with its cool, gentle weather and the warm, peaceful atmosphere that reflects the local people. There, you'll find vast wind farms like Dam Nai, Trung Nam, and Bau Ngu, stretching endlessly across the landscape. This clean, renewable energy source is being encouraged by the government. The beauty of these wind farms is indescribable. The combination of the gentle, serene green of the young rice seedlings with the wind turbines against a clear sky, and the hazy silhouette of the mountains in the distance, creates a poetic scene. If you visit, don't forget to take photos with the giant wind turbine for some truly magical shots.

There, the charming little streets offer a peaceful and airy atmosphere. Unlike Nha Trang with its high-rise buildings, this place is concentrated with low-rise, spacious houses, creating a relaxing feeling. My colleague enthusiastically took us to visit some famous tourist attractions such as: Ba Moi Vineyard, Po Klong Giarai Tower, Bau Truc pottery village, Ninh Chu beach... At each destination, we felt the warmth and sincerity of the people of this white sand region. Leaving each attraction, everyone's hands were laden with souvenirs: green grapes, grape syrup, dried apples, pottery, onions, garlic, rice paper with shrimp paste... Visiting Ninh Chu beach this season is truly a wonderful tourist destination for those who love the sea. The beach curves in a crescent shape with incredibly beautiful, wide stretches of sand. Despite its pristine appearance, lack of many beach entertainment options, and not yet attracting many international tourists, its smooth sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters are enough to entice beach lovers to immerse themselves in the cool, blue water.
We hadn't yet visited all the landmarks or sampled all the local specialties as my colleague had recommended, so our car turned back to Nha Trang, with me secretly vowing to return to this sunny and windy land many more times to experience and explore it.
